MERCURE HOTEL. Montpellier. Project 1989-Completed 1991-1992 A project situated at the entrance of the Antigone neighbourhood that concentrates a 100-room hotel and an office building in the same block.
G.A.N. OFFICES. Paris. Project 1989-Completed 1990-1992 Design for an office building of 6,000 m2 for the insurance company GAN (Groupe d'Assurances Nationales).
CHRISTIAN DIOR HEADQUARTERS. Paris. Project 1989-Completed 1990-1992 The restructuring of Dior Headquarters with plans for a new façade. TALLER DE ARQUITECTURA OFFICES.
Paris. Project 1989-Completed 1990-1991 Paris Renovation of the printing offices of Le Petit Parisien, originally the Teatre de l"Escalier d'Or, and conversion of this into a prestigious space to house the office of Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura in Paris.
L'AIRE DES VOLCANS. Clermont Ferrand. Project 1987-Completed 1987-1991 Project for the reconditioning of a parking area of the French Highway A71, on a 30 ha. site. The program includes a service station, a restaurant, a hotel, an exhibition centre displaying regional products and a museum-garden.

Paris. Project 1987-Completed 1989-1991 Project for a .5,000 m2. office building for Decaux Society. PORT JUVENAL. Montpellier. Project 1986-Completed 1987-1989 Project for housing and a hotel building in Antigone quarter.
THE ARSENAL. Metz. Project 1985-Completed 1987-1989 Project and Completed of a music centre, including the auditorium for the Lorraine Philharmonic Orchestra.

St. Quentin en Yvelines, near Versailles. Project 1981-Completed 1984-1986 Project and Completed of 200 apartment units and gardens related to the built projects Les Arcades du Lac and Le Viaduc.
LES COLONNES, L'AMPHITHEATRE. Paris. Project 1980-Completed 1983-1985 Complex of 272 apartments and shops. The two buildings are set around three plazas, one circular, one elliptical and the other in the form of an amphitheatre.
LES COLONNES DE SAINT CHRISTOPHE.
Cergy-Pontoise. Project 1981-Completed 1983-1985 380 apartments complex with shops and a public garden around three plazas. LA PLACE DU NOMBRE D'OR. Montpellier. Project 1978-Completed 1982-1984 Design and Completed of a complex of 288 apartments and shops around a public plaza, that marks the beginning of the new urban axis of the Antigone new quarter. LE VIADUC. St. Quentin en Yvelines, near Versailles. Project 1976-Completed 1981-1982 A housing complex with 74 apartment units in the form of an aqueduct. This building is sited within an artificial lake, which extends from the Arcades du Lac to Les Temples du Lac.
LES ARCADES DU LAC. St. Quentin en Yvelines, near Versailles. Project 1976-Completed 1979-1981 A protected housing complex with 600 apartment units, public and private facilities.
LES ESPACES D'ABRAXAS. Marne-la-Vallée. Project 1978-Completed 1981-1982 Monumental complex of 591 low cost apartments consisting of three buildings: Le Palacio, Le Théatre and L’Arc set in a public garden space.
ANTIGONE QUARTER. Montpellier. Project 1978 Urban development plan on a plot of 36 hectares, adjacent to the historic centre of the city. The project on an axis of 2 km. constitutes the harmonic and ordered expansion of the city towards the river Lez. The team is responsible for the ensemble of this new area of apartments, shops, public and private utilities and green spaces.
MARCA HISPANICA PARK. Le Perthus, Spanish-French borders. Project 1973-Completed 1974-1976 The Pyramid is a monumental sculpture, which involves and interacts with its environmental setting. It was commissioned and built in homage to the region of Catalonia.
URBAN FURNITURE. Project 1980-1990-Completed 1981-1991 Design of elements for public use such as benches, fountains, planters, street lamps, etc. These items have been pre-fabricated and introduced into various recent works of the Taller.
